Following a six-month investigation, the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, in collaboration with multiple state and federal agencies, has made significant arrests in an ongoing effort to combat illegal drug activity.
On Thursday, February 6, 2025, deputies, along with the NCIS Special Operations Unit,
Jacksonville Police Department Special Investigators Unit, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), executed three drug-related search warrants at 250 Wild Geese Lane (Lots #6 and #7) and 400 Duncan Road South in Richlands.
During the operation, law enforcement seized approximately 1,343 grams of
methamphetamine, five grams of fentanyl, five firearms—one of which was reported stolen—a 2017 Ford Fusion, and $6,792 in U.S. currency.
Investigators made two arrests as a result of the search warrants.
William Feliciano, 42, of 250 Wild Geese Lane Lot 6, is charged with:
• Felony Trafficking Methamphetamine (x6)
• Felony Maintaining Dwelling for a Controlled Substance
• Felony PWSID Schedule II Controlled Substance (x2)
• Felony Trafficking Heroin/Opium (x2)
• Felony Manufacture Methamphetamine (x2)
• Possession Drug Paraphernalia (x2)
Feliciano received a $2.5 million secured bond and is in the Onslow County Detention Center awaiting his next court date.
Concetta Star Dearborn, 35, of 250 Wild Geese Lane Lot 6, is charged with:
• Felony Trafficking Methamphetamine (x3)
• Felony Maintaining Dwelling for a Controlled Substance (x2)
• Felony PWSID Schedule II Controlled Substance (x2)
• Felony Trafficking Heroin/Opium (x2)
• Felony Manufacture Methamphetamine
• Possession Drug Paraphernalia (x2)
Dearborn received a $2.5 million secured bond and is in the Onslow County Detention Center awaiting her next court date.
"This operation underscores our ongoing efforts to remove dangerous drugs from our
communities,” said Sheriff Chris Thomas. “We will continue to work alongside our local, state,
and federal partners as our top priority is the safety and well-being of our citizens.”
